💀 SICKADISS – TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL

Welcome to Sickadiss ("we", "us", "our", "the site"). By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If that bothers you, maybe don’t.

Sickadiss is a print-on-demand brand. Every item is made to order by our production partner and shipped directly to you. We don’t hold stock. We don’t do mass production. We do weird shirts.

2. AGE LIMIT

By shopping with us, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old or have permission from someone who pays your bills.

3. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

We try to show products as accurately as possible, but screens are liars. Colors may vary slightly.

Every product is printed just for you. Orders can’t be canceled once they’ve gone into production.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if something goes wrong on our side (like a tech glitch or a flaming server crash).

4. PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices are in USD by default. Depending on your location, you may see local currencies like EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, or NZD. The currency switcher does the math for you.

Prices shown at checkout include all applicable taxes — no surprise VAT or customs fees on delivery.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and questionable taste.

5. SHIPPING

We ship to:
🇺🇸 USA, 🇬🇧 UK, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇦🇺 Australia, 🇳🇿 New Zealand, and 🇫🇮 Finland.

Shipping is flat-rate. This means that shipping costs stay the same, no matter how many items you order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Everywhere else: 5–14 business days

Delays may happen because... reality.

6. RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

✔ The item is defective
✔ We sent you the wrong thing
✔ You have photographic evidence and a really polite email

Send complaints within 7 days of receiving your order to: info@sickadiss.com
Include photos, order number, and whatever words you have left.

7. CUSTOMS & TAXES

We’ve set up our system so you should not get any customs bills. All taxes are handled during checkout.

If a random country still tries to charge you something, email us and we’ll figure it out.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this site — the designs, images, phrases, and ideas — belong to Sickadiss or our partners. Don’t steal them.

If you want to collaborate or resell, email us. Otherwise, hands off.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We use payment processors and plugins and stuff. If you click away to another site, we’re not responsible for whatever happens over there.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This site might crash. You might see typos. Something might break. If so, we’re sorry — but we’re not liable for indirect damages or ruined vibes.

11. TERMINATION

If you abuse this site or try to hack, scam, or spam, we can block you. It’s not personal. It’s just business.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you're in the U.S. or anywhere else for that matter, your local consumer protection laws may also apply.

13. CHANGES

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll post it here. We won’t send you an email. You’ll be fine.
