All our stuff is made to order.

That means: no returns, no exchanges, no “oops I changed my mind” — unless something’s wrong with the product.

🔧 Faulty item? Here’s what we’ll fix.

We’ll send you a free replacement if:

  • You got the wrong size (and it's our fault)

  • There’s a printing error

  • The product is damaged or defective

📩 Email us at info@sickadiss.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • A photo

  • A short description

  • Your order number

✅ If approved:
We’ll ship you a new one.
No need to return the old one.

🚫 What we don’t refund

  • You picked the wrong size

  • You changed your mind

  • You ignored the washing instructions

  • The item was on sale

  • It’s a gift card

  • You were just having a bad day

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Yeah, we know. But:

Sickadiss products are custom-made, so they don’t qualify for the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

If something’s defective, we still got your back.
