1. Fulfillment & Delivery Times

All Sickadiss products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days

  • Delivery estimates:

    • 🇺🇸 USA: 3–7 business days

    • 🇬🇧 UK: 4–8 business days

    • 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days

    • 🇦🇺 Australia: 5–10 business days

    • 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 6–14 business days

    • 🇫🇮 Finland: 5–10 business days

💡 Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping by country. This means that shipping costs always stay the same, no matter how many items you order.

  • 🇬🇧 UK: $9

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: $9

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: $9

  • 🇳🇿 New Zealand: $9

  • 🇫🇮 Finland: $9

3. Fulfillment Locations

Orders are shipped from the closest available Printful warehouse:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada (partnered warehouse)

  • 🇦🇺 Australia (partnered warehouse)

💡 We always try to ship from the location closest to the customer to minimize delivery time and emissions.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

We currently ship to:

🇺🇸 USA, 🇬🇧 UK, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇦🇺 Australia, 🇳🇿 New Zealand and 🇫🇮 Finland.

✅ No customs duties or VAT charges will be added at delivery. All applicable taxes are already handled at checkout through our print provider.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@sickadiss.com

  • If your order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or weather.
